Watapana Weekend — Ticket Terms & Conditions

1) Acceptance

By purchasing a Watapana Weekend ticket or pass, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2) No refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason (including accidents or emergencies).

3) Personal use only

Tickets are for personal use. Commercial or speculative resale is prohibited. The Organizer may cancel tickets suspected of bulk/business resale or fraud.

4) Private resale allowed

If you can’t attend, you may privately resell your ticket at face value to another individual (see Name Change below). The Organizer does not mediate buyer/seller disputes.

5) Name change (owner change)

Passes may be transferred once to a new attendee. A name-change fee of 10% of the original ticket price applies. The original owner must request the change via registration@watapanaweekend.com. After processing, the new holder receives a named ticket required for entry. After a name change, the no-refund rule still applies.

6) Pass type exchange

Upgrades (e.g., Party → Full Pass) are possible by paying the price difference at current rates. Downgrades are treated as cancellations and are not eligible for refunds. To upgrade, please contact registrations@watapanaweekend.com.

7) Multipasses (couple/group)

If purchased as one transaction, the pass is managed as a single order. Partial refunds are not possible. Partial resale is only allowed if role ratios are preserved (e.g., Leader→Leader, Follower→Follower) when applicable.

8) E-tickets and festival wristbands

Entry requires a named e-ticket and valid photo ID. Wearing the festival wristband is mandatory for the entire event and must be shown on request.
Replacement policy: a wristband is replaced only if damaged for reasons beyond your control and only when you present the broken wristband at the registration desk. Fit (too tight/loose) is not a valid reason for replacement once applied.

9) Lost, stolen, or duplicated tickets

Only the first valid ticket scanned will be admitted. Lost or stolen tickets/wristbands will not be reissued.

10) Program changes

The Organizer may adjust schedules, rooms, and artists when necessary. Such changes do not constitute grounds for refunds. Event when changes are on the day of the festival itself (due to illness of artists or technical problems with the venue; dance floor not accessible anymore).

11) Photography & video

Photo and video recording will take place during the event. By attending, you consent to the use of your image for event documentation and promotional purposes.

12) Conduct & safety

Attendees must follow venue rules, staff/security instructions, and local regulations. The Organizer may refuse entry or remove any person for safety or misconduct without refund.

13) Payment & fees

Payments are processed via the methods listed on our website. Any applicable transaction or processing fees are displayed at checkout and are non-refundable.
